Since Eaglepoint is a fairly new town, most of the houses are pretty modern - stainless steel kitchen appliances, hardwood floors with hardly a scratch on them, huge yards. Of course, there's the odd home or two with an older look to it.

There's very few apartment blocks in Eaglepoint, but those who live in them have nice residences.
